SACRAMENTO, CA - An Antelope man who cheated trucking companies out of pay for deliveries was sentenced to 10 years, 10 months in prison in Sacramento federal court Tuesday. In addition, Kulwant Sing Gill, 53, must pay $443388 to his victims.
